corporate wellness

HERE’S THE THING.

People spend most of their days moving from one thing to the next. Meeting. Email. Deadline. Phone call. Notification. Coffee. Another meeting.

Repeat.

Eventually the mind keeps going long after the body has run out of fuel.

A sound bath isn’t magic.

It’s not about fixing anyone or turning your team into enlightened monks.

It’s simply an opportunity to pause.

To lie down. To listen. To allow the nervous system a rare chance to stop scanning for what’s next.

For an hour, there is nowhere to be and nothing to produce.

Just sound. Breath. Rest.

And in a culture that constantly asks for more, that can be surprisingly powerful.

When people have an opportunity to slow down and reset, they often return feeling more present, focused, and connected—not only to themselves, but to the people they work alongside every day.

For organizations, investing in employee wellbeing can support:

• Reduced stress and mental fatigue
• Improved focus and concentration
• Greater resilience during periods of change or high demand
• Stronger team connection and workplace culture
• Increased employee engagement and morale
• A workplace that demonstrates care for the people behind the work

Because people do their best work when they have the capacity to do it.

Sometimes the most valuable thing you can offer a team isn’t another tool.

It’s a chance to exhale.

BETA STATE

Our normal waking state. Helpful for focus and problem-solving, but prolonged time in Beta is often associated with stress, anxiety, overthinking contributing to difficulty relaxing or falling asleep.

ALPHA STATE

The state we often enter during meditation, gentle focus or creative flow. This state is  associated with calm, clarity and a sense of balance between effort and ease.

THETA STATE

A state associated with deeper relaxation and inward focus. Theta is often linked with imagination, insight, intuition, creativity and dreamlike awareness. Many people describe feeling as though they are floating between wakefulness and sleep.

delta STATE

The slowest brainwave state experienced during the deepest stages of sleep. Delta is associated with restoration, recovery deep rest, and the body’s natural healing processes supporting overall well-being and resilience.

what a session looks like

Corporate wellness sessions are typically 60 minutes and can be tailored to suit the needs of your organization, event, or team.

Sessions generally begin with a brief welcome, optional gentle stretching, and a guided grounding practice to help participants transition out of “work mode” and into a more relaxed state. This is followed by a sound bath experience featuring singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments designed to support rest, presence, and relaxation.

Participants may choose to sit in a chair or lie down on a yoga mat, depending on the space and their comfort level. No prior experience is necessary.

Sessions can take place in your workplace, at a private venue, outdoors in a park or green space, or as part of a larger public event, conference, retreat, or wellness initiative. Setup and teardown are included, and each experience is adapted to accommodate the space, group size, and goals of the event.

Whether you’re planning a team wellness day, conference breakout session, employee appreciation event, leadership retreat, or an ongoing wellness program, each session is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and supportive for all participants.
